I will be happy to apply an update to round by minute. I do want to ensure that you are noticing that I do not mind the microsecond charges in the QUANTITY column, what I am referring to is the RATE column that represents how much I charge per minute of use.

This is an example of the invoice issue I have been dealing with. It does seem to have been resolved to an extent. I did ask for it to be cleaned up if possible, and to check the box for “Accept Credit Card Payents” so I do not have to open each invoice before sending it out and change the setting to accept credit cards. Can this be done? Here is a current Before and after the update that happened yesterday.

This may be working now, I can now instruct my companies the purpose of that information. Invoice 2459 starts with a scheduled video appt. The nurse tried to get an interpreter OnDemand instead of using the scheduled interpreter. The on Demand line looks correct except the interpreter never connected to the client.

The second and third lines show OnDemand VRI. It now shows Name Of Caller and the deaf person’s name. Can we change that to Consumer Name or something of the like?

The second invoice #2458 shows an OPI call. It looks like they put the number 0 in the blank asking for the Name and MRN.

OPI Invoice 22-2460 is a new invoice created today that has a phone interpretation. It works better than the others (probably because the interpreters had to input the info and they have more intellegence than average people.) This is the example of what MY GOAL of every OPI/VRI invoice should look like (unless we can change the line “Name of caller”
